Our Board of Directors (Board) is responsible for the oversight of our ESG strategy with our Chief Executive Officer reviewing and approving YETI’s overall ESG strategy. The Board receives updates on our ESG strategy at least annually. Specific material ESG topics are addressed by different committees of our Board. Our Chief Compliance Officer oversees our global compliance program, chairs the Compliance Leadership Council (CLC), and provides annual compliance updates to our Board and quarterly updates to the Audit Committee of the Board. YETI conducts mandatory annual training on our Code of Business Conduct, required for all YETIzens and our Board. Deep dives on select topics are offered quarterly, with a 100% participation rate in 2022. Every YETIzen receives the Integrity Message of the Month publication, which analyzes and discusses different real-life scenarios.We provide anonymous, third-party hotline (via phone and web) access in all countries where YETI operates that can be used by YETIzens, vendors, or the public to anonymously report any concerns or violations of YETI policies or laws and regulations. We have a no- retaliation policy with respect to anyone who comes forward with concerns or participates in an investigation.
