We’re proactive in our approach to sustainability. We’re setting a pathway to net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. To help reach that goal, the Company partnered with Governance & Accountability Institute to conduct a materiality assessment and is currently assessing Scopes 1, 2 and 3 GHG calculations that will be used as a basis for emissions reduction targets. orthington’s pledge to set emissions reduction targets aligned with a 1.5 degree Celsius science-based target clearly demonstrates our commitment to sustainability.
