Windsor’s GIVE program helps employees team with charitable organizations and community partners to give back to our residents and local communities. In 2022 we’re celebrating the company-wide expansion of our community support with a National Day of Service. Windsor is focused on creating sustainable communities. We have instituted guides, policies, and best practices to promote energy efficiency, water conservation, waste diversion, greenhouse gas reduction, and indoor air quality to provide our residents healthy environments. We pursue certifications under LEED for New Construction, Fitwel, IREM and ENERGY STAR, among others. We know that culture has to be built intentionally.
