Willis-Knighton Health System, headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana, is a not-for-profit community healthcare corporation with four general acute care hospitals and affiliate relationships with several rural hospitals. It is the largest nongovernmental employer in the region, employing more than 6,500 people. The Oaks of Louisiana offers independent and assisted living as well as skilled nursing.
