The Waffle House is a family owned and run business founded on ethical principles. We aim to maximise our sustainability by: Sourcing our ingredients from the best suppliers, supporting local producers as much as possible. Providing tap water and bottled water from Belu, an ethical, carbon-neutral company that gives 100% of its profits to WaterAid. Compacting and recycling cardboard boxes and packaging. Recycling plastic milk and drinks bottles. Recycling all glass bottles and metal cans. Using low energy light bulbs where appropriate. Using ecotricity to supply green electricity, 100% renewable power from wind turbines. Using cleaning products that have low toxicity and the least impact on the environment. We support local fundraising events through our community support programme.
