At the meeting, shareholders will act upon the matters outlined in the accompanying notice of meeting. Those matters include electing our directors, ratifying the appointment of our independent public accounting firm, conducting an advisory vote on the compensation paid to our named executive officers, and conducting an advisory vote on the frequency of the shareholder vote on the compensation paid to our named executive officers. We will also consider such other business as may properly come before the meeting. The Company asks shareholders planning to attend the meeting to notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting our corporate secretary at 586-920-0100. Shareholders who vote their shares by proxy do not need to attend the meeting.
