Over time we built a recovery audit firm that pivoted specifically to healthcare services resulting in BSI Healthcare Audit Services being formed. In 2016 we rebranded to SpendMend to better serve the market. SpendMend now works exclusively with hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, and higher education organizations. We offer a unique suite of recovery audits, telecommunications, medical device warranty and tracking, pharmacy 340B audit, contract compliance, and consulting services.
