Cue the formation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Task Force in 2019. This group of passionate volunteers create positive change and drive progress across all three Chico’s FAS brands (Soma®, Chico’s®, and White House Black Market®). The team developed a range of goals designed with accountability in mind and a pursuit toward a more equitable and sustainable world.
