At Solberg Manufacturing, we care. That might sound like a simple statement, but corporate social responsibility is a key part of who we are as a company. That’s why we became a Certified B Corporation – a new kind of business that balances purpose and profit. We actively care for and protect the planet, as well as the people our company touches. We want to serve as a “Force for Good” in every partnership. We always consider the impact of our company’s decisions on our workers, customers, suppliers, community, and surrounding environment. Some of the ways we do this include: Using Renewable Energy Sources. We harness energy from solar and wind-power technologies in our US production and assembly processes. 100% of our electricity is clean! Properly Diverting Waste We reduce, reuse, and recycle all that we can. Over the last decade, our robust recycling program and use of recycled and renewable materials in our processes have allowed us to divert approximately 80% of our waste and scrap away from landfills. Relying on Eco-Friendly Materials. We are an early adopter for incorporating bio-derivative materials and supplies into our processes. This significantly reduces the number of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted during the production of our products.
