Yet, the perseverance of our talent here at SitusAMC continued to grow and innovate on behalf of our clients. We pledged to continue to support our people, ensuring they have the training, tools, and opportunities they need to thrive professionally and personally, as well as safe access to the workplace. Our continued focus is to nurture a diverse and inclusive workforce across our global presence. 2022 was also a year marked by extreme weather disasters. Hurricanes and floods decimated large swaths of countries they impacted, and record temperatures were seen across Europe and Asia.
