At SiteOne, we believe our operational initiatives drive value across all five objectives in our Vision and will continue to make us stronger and more resilient for many years to come. Our ESG strategy is an important component of this overall strategy that helps ensure we remain the employer of choice in the Green Industry and a valued partner to our customers and suppliers regardless of the challenges that environmental and other external factors may bring. Since the beginning of 2021, we have continued to focus on, and invest in, our employees (whom we refer to as our associates). We have become a more diverse company, including the addition of more Spanish-speaking associates at our branches to better serve our customers. And we implemented a new bonus program for our hourly associates to reward them for their tremendous contributions to our success and the success of our customers. Through acquisitions, we have added new markets in the U. S. and Canada, new product lines, talented associates, and operational best practices. In addition, we increased our sales by introducing products from our existing portfolio to customers of newly acquired companies.
