Mission: ScottMadden is a general management consultancy established to provide high-quality, objective advice and support to help our clients solve their most difficult problems. In our work, we will always take a long view of the greater good for our clients.

We surveyed employees, clients, and prospective hires to assess the firm’s operational impacts and inform our sustainability strategy. The Community Engagement team continues the firm’s commitment to partnering with charities in our local communities. We are excited to share details of our return to in-person community engagement events and activities. The Environment and Emissions team continues to track and manage the firm’s carbon impact, and we have again offset all identified carbon emissions from 2022.
