At Samuel, we are working towards being a world-class industrial products company and an exceptional place to work. To achieve that goal, we know we have to grow and evolve our ESG commitments. While not required for private companies like Samuel, our Environmental, Social and Governance Report signifies our commitment and accountability to environmental sustainability, our team members and the communities in which we operate. We committed to a new type of lending agreement with our banking partners that requires us to meet pre-determined sustainability targets. These include a 10% cumulative reduction in energy consumption intensity and a 7.75% cumulative reduction in GHG emission intensity by 2025. We now have a dedicated Vice President, Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability to ensure we continue to make progress on our environmental goals.
