S&K Technologies, Inc. was formed in 1999 with a vision to become one of the preeminent professional services firms in the country and to provide opportunity and prosperity to the people of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT). Since inception, the S&K Technologies, Inc. enterprise has grown into a family of ten subsidiary companies that support federal and commercial customers around the world. As a wholly-owned corporation of the CSKT of the Flathead Nation, S&K Technologies, Inc. is part of an extensive economic development plan established by tribal leadership. Like all tribal businesses, our success has a direct and meaningful impact on our Shareholder. S&K Technologies, Inc. is headquartered on the Flathead Reservation in St. Ignatius, Montana, with multiple operating locations throughout the United States and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

S&K Technologies is owned by the CSKT on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Northwestern Montana. Revenue generated by S&K Technologies is infused into the community through the CSKT Tribal General Fund, which funds many social programs on the reservation. Salish Kootenai College (SKC) is an accredited and certified American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC), Minority Higher-Education Institute. SKC stands as an institution that takes their own traditional values and applies them to modern day education. The Salish and Kootenai tribes worked with early settlers, priests, and scientists in identifying many of Western Montana’s plants and wildlife. Today, SKC offers a diverse course catalogue that ties traditional learning with modern day teachings.
