Our culture at Rosen Hotels & Resorts continues to write our history. The company started in 1974 when Harris Rosen invested all he had into his first hotel. He even lived onsite and worked multiple jobs pivotal for running the hotel. It was his hands-on approach that inspired a sense of ownership within all associates, then and now. As the company grew, Rosen Hotels & Resorts adopted Rosen’s desire to seek a greater purpose, genuine concern for the wellness and safety of all, and drive to positively impact the community. To arrive at the foundation of these values and principles we must look further back than 1974. Further back we see that the building blocks of our culture were born from Rosen’s childhood hardships, dreams, and his own discipline.
