Some of our ESG highlights include: Hired 10.5% of interns from HBCUs in 2021, exceeding our goal of 10%. 96% of all Rocket Companies team members completed one or more cultural competency trainings. Ranked #5 on FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” List Our team members completed 49,646 volunteer hours in 2021. Rocket Companies donated nearly $21 million to nonprofits across the country. Our sister company, the Rocket Community FundSM, joined the Gilbert Family Foundation in committing $500 million to the Detroit community over the next 10 years. Completed 1 million eClosings.
