Our vision is for our customers and teams to feel empowered to create sustainable change. We know we have a lot to learn. Our foundational strategy will allow us to understand the areas where we can have the greatest impact. We want to build on our early momentum, with a view to develop a set of targets across our focus areas based on our learnings. Our commitment to Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emission reduction targets detailed in this report reflects this approach. We also recognise that our business in Australia and New Zealand is at a stage of greater maturity than our US business and is naturally further ahead on its sustainability journey.
