As a result of the Company’s strategy announced in The Board of directors of Quadient has twelve members who are predominantly independent, apart from the Chief Executive Officer and the two directors representing the employees. The role of the Board is to examine and approve the strategic directions taken by the organization. The women and men of our Board of directors have been selected for their experience in strategic business development, and their relevant expertise, combined with the international scope of their careers. They come from major French or international companies acting in the fields of e-commerce, banking, software and consulting. The directors representing the employees were appointed by Quadient S.A.’s Social and Economic Committee (SEC). The Board of directors is supported in its work by three dedicated committees: the appointments and remuneration committee, the strategy and corporate social responsibility committee and the audit committee.
