We prioritized what matters most: supporting our employees around the world, focusing on our values, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in execution, and elevating social and environmental responsibility in everything we do. We have set big ambitions for our company and made significant progress in 2020. PMI’s contract factories are leaders in the industry in more ways than one. Many of our largest factories reduced their environmental footprints in 2020, and five of them have on-site solar installations. Several factories achieved A grades for social compliance this year, with 97% of our suppliers achieving B grade or better.
