Help End Hunger – Shop Peanuts, Feed Families. Madison Emergency Services Association (MESA) Food Pantry MESA’s mission is to be a resource for our Madison County neighbors in need. The Food Pantry services aim to help wherever there is a need in the town and greater community of Madison County, VA. With our customers’ support, Plow & Hearth was proud to donate $8,500 to the local food bank to serve those in need of food in our community. MESA’s programs and services are provided by a small, dedicated staff and passionate volunteers, funded exclusively through donations, thrift shop sales and grants.
