PGW partners with the Philadelphia Phillies and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society for our Home Runs for Trees program. Every time a Phillies player hits a home run, PGW and our partners pledge to plant a tree in a local park, urban setting or watershed area. PGW invests millions of dollars every year to maintain the city’s natural gas distribution system by replacing aging portions of our main and service lines, when necessary, with new state-of-the-art equipment.
