Our managers are given the tools they need to succeed through hard work, training and leadership. We’ve even been known to climb a mountain or two. No matter what we’re doing, we believe that taking care of our employees means they will take care of our customers. We make sure that all individual team members should feel inspired, seen and rewarded. Each month, activities are planned with high percentage participation among the team. In addition, ongoing activities such as sporting events take place throughout the year. The most anticipated event of the year however is the annual party in which our team members dress to the nines and perform for their peers.
