At CyberArk, we are committed to promoting integrity, honesty, and professionalism and to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in all our activities. In the fourth quarter of 2022, we launched a new Code of Conduct (the Code) that aligns closely with our values and addresses the compliance risks most relevant to our business. We introduced the Code alongside our ethics and compliance training program. Our Board continues to prioritize our ESG efforts and over the last year has held substantive discussions on various ESG topics including environmental matters, human capital management, and corporate governance.
