In line with the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and Guidelines issued by Government of India, Nous InfosystemsPrivate Ltd (Herein after referred as NOUS) also believes in contributing to Sustainable Development of the Society. NOUS also expresses its intent to pursue initiatives for social contributions that focus on the areas of Education, disadvantaged sections of society and sustainable environment. Nous aims to become a company that is admired and trusted by society by ensuring that all employees recognize and put into practice our CSR Policy apart from compliance to Indian Companies Act 2013. To coordinate and promote CSR activities, NOUS has established a CSR Committee of the Board of Directors, in compliance with the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. To implement NOUS CSR Programmes through Company personnel or through external implementing agencies or through Non-Governmental Organizations or Trusts or any other appropriate organizations / agencies as deemed fit by the CSR committee.
