The well-being of our team comes first for Natra, and that requires a safe and healthy workplace. We believe the only acceptable number of work accidents is zero, the ultimate goal of our policies in this area. We are ZERO! It’s our DNA! It is not a goal: it’s what we are already, even though we make mistakes. Natra is a team of people who work in safe and healthy conditions; this is the critical indicator when measuring the significance we give to our professionals. We cannot conceive of talking about the importance of our human capital, if we do not care about the working conditions in which they carry out their professional work. Consequently, we assume an explicit and proactive commitment to ensure that all Natra’s working environments (offices, production plants, warehouses, etc.) always comply with current legislation: the law, therefore, is not our point of arrival, but our point of departure; everything we do is born with the assumption that the regulations applicable at any given time are the basis on which we build. Therefore, at Natra we do not ask ourselves if something complies, or not, with the law. Furthermore, continuous improvement is the driving force behind our excellent organisation in all areas, and in particular in the field of occupational safety. We are an ambitious team that is not satisfied with taking small steps: we take them continuously, without rest, with a permanent attitude of wanting to learn. We are aware that continuous improvement requires the participation and involvement of our entire team and is therefore one of the cornerstones on which we build our preventive actions. All of Natra’s people contribute, they all have experiences, learning, previous knowledge, … We can’t waste so much talent!
