Our Accessibility and Inclusion Plan (AIP) also launched during the year outlines the actions our Group will take to create more inclusive workplaces, products and services for people living with disability. We also developed a framework aimed at helping us to be more strategic in future about how we invest our philanthropic and related support in the communities we operate in.
