Reflecting the local communities in which we work, we recently updated our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy to lift MMG’s female representation. We drive social development through supporting our host communities and providing individual economic livelihoods through improved access to infrastructure, healthcare, education and employment opportunities. Our spend in the countries where we are based comprises social investment, development programs and tax and royalty payments.
