Overall, we see incremental progress in building a representative workforce. As the newly consumer-focused McAfee, we’re taking steps to combat any decline in representation. For example, we’ve strengthened our partnerships with HBCUs, invested in tools for blind resume reviews, and held unconscious bias training. We will continue to evaluate and evolve our approach to ensure we’re making strides. We train all recruiters and hiring managers to use our values-based behavioral interview approach. This encourages interviewers to ask questions related to our values, resulting in more meaningful interactions.
