Marten is committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We have installed solar panels on our fleet of over 3,500 tractors and 15 terminals nationwide. Since our dividend program was implemented in 2010, we have paid over $200 million in special and quarterly cash dividends. The Board of Directors, or the Board, of Marten Transport, Ltd., or the Company, has established the following guidelines for the conduct and operation of meetings and deliberations of the Board.
