This is the big cheese in the Cincinnati pizza scene. LaRosa’s operates a regional restaurant chain with about 60 company-owned and franchised quick-service pizzerias located mostly in and around the Queen City. The eateries serve a variety of pizza styles and toppings, along with calzones, hoagies, pasta dishes, salads, and soups. Most LaRosa’s locations offer dine-in seating as well as delivery service. In addition to its Cincinnati base, the chain has locations in other parts of Ohio, and in Indiana and Kentucky. Fans of LaRosa’s pizza can also order pies online and have them shipped frozen anywhere in the continental US. Founder Buddy LaRosa started the family owned business in 1954.
