In 1997, Fired Up Restaurant Concepts acquired the only five existing Johnny Carino’s Italian Kitchen, infusing them with the energy and passion we know today. Starting with Chef Carino in the early years, and carrying forward today, Johnny Carino’s has developed many signature dishes that respect the authentic Italian traditions, while creating unique, “spiced” flavor profiles that express Johnny Carino’s passion and creativity, and commitment to fresh, quality food at a great value. With over 90 locations in the US and 10 across the Middle East, Johnny Carino’s has changed the dining experience for anyone who wants to enjoy a great Italian family restaurant atmosphere. As we have evolved over the past 15 years, we have never lost touch with the passion for excellent food and wonderful service we provide to our guests.
