Founded in 1982 by Edward B. Boettner (1933-2000) & Pres Kabacoff, HRI Properties is dedicated to the pursuit of revitalizing cities by creating diverse, vibrant & sustainable communities. Through its subsidiaries, HRI has completed 82 large-scale projects for a total funding value of over $2.5 billion which includes 5,000 apartment units, 5,000 hotel rooms, over 1.4 million square feet of office/retail space.
HRI Lodging (“HRIL”) is an affiliate of HRI Properties & offers unique perspective of hotels, mixed-use property ownership & management for multiple third-party owners. HRIL is an approved operator for all major full & focus service brands.
HRIL operates 25 hotels across 14 states, employing over 2,000 associates. Both companies practice the “best-in-class” balanced approach to property management & their respective markets continue to grow.
