Founded by Justin Rosenberg in Philadelphia in 2012, honeygrow brings people together over quality, wholesome + simple foods. For us, it’s about eating honestly + spending time doing what matters. We buy as local as possible simply because it tastes better—end of story. We love great food, design + technology because that’s who we are. To us, it doesn’t matter what the other “fast-casual” players do. We take pride in self-authenticity. Mission: honeygrow’s mission is to build long-term relationship with our teams members and guest by exceeding expectations and rejecting the status quo. We do this through superior food and beverages, incredibly engaging guest service, sales growth, cost controls and treating our team members like family. We believe that our team members are most important resource. Our success depends upon creating and retaining staff capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest, every time.
