Hal Smith Restaurant Group operates a small portfolio of about 70 casual to upscale restaurants. Our flagship restaurant, Charleston’s Restaurant, has more than 16 locations, primarily in the Midwest. HSRG also operates about a dozen other eateries under such names as: Redrock Canyon Grill, Mahogany Prime Steakhouse, Upper Crust Wood Fired Pizza, Hefner Grill, Mama Roja, Louie’s, The Garage, Toby Keith’s, Legacy Grill, Pub W, and Hollie’s Flatiron Steak House. Since 1986, Hal Smith has created restaurants that heighten the senses through inspired architectural settings, excellent service, and cuisines that heighten the taste palates. We are based in Norman, Oklahoma but our foundation is embedded in the roots of the cities and neighborhoods across the Midwest.
