Our proprietary Greystar Green Awards program records and quantifies changes made at all of our communities to track how small actions create substantial impacts. There are many ways to save gas, electricity, and water at multifamily communities. Local utility companies across the country have rebate programs for energy-efficient lighting, HVAC, and water use. Some include free labor, which also translates to savings for communities and residents alike.
