The Goodman Group, formerly Macquarie Goodman Group, owns, develops, and manages industrial and business properties in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. The company manages approximately $16 billion in assets including more than 350 business and office complexes, industrial estates (parks), and warehouse and distribution centers (its portfolio contains more than 10.5 million sq. meters of leasable space). Goodman Group operates through an assortment of investment funds and also provides fund management services. In association with former joint venture partner Macquarie Bank, the group extended its market to include China and Hong Kong and established a partnership with China’s sovereign wealth fund in 2009.
