The company was founded in 1958 and is based in Council Bluffs, Iowa with subsidiary locations in Hayward and Fullerton, California with manufacturing plants in Fullerton, California; West Valley City, Utah; Denver, Colorado; Omaha, Nebraska; Newton, Kansas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Dallas, Texas; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Kansas City and Springfield, Missouri; Middleton, Wisconsin; Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania; Archdale and High Point, North Carolina; and Orlando, Florida. It also has a distribution center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
