The Board is comprised of three committees – the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (NCGC). Its responsibilities include reviewing climate- related matters and identifying industry trends and opportunities to advance the company’s sustainability initiatives and reporting, among others.
