As an agricultural organization, our work is intimately linked to the environment. We’re committed to enforcing sustainable and responsible farming practices that respect the land we farm on and our employees call home. These practices include following environmental regulations for greenhouse flower production as well as implementing our own sustainability initiatives. Our social responsibility doesn’t stop at the environment–we also ensure that we take care of our team members and their families. The Fernando Borrero foundation was established to provide a brighter future for our farm families and the tens of thousands of people we employ. We started the Fernando Borrero Foundation to give back to the local communities that allow our farms to bloom. Our foundation promotes the well-being of our employees, their families, and the communities in which we operate by providing access to housing, health, recreation, education, and cultural initiatives.?
