The technological services we offer are not only efficient, but can also contribute towards industry decarbonization. This year, we calculated our carbon emissions for the first time, helping us better understand our current impact, as well as how we can set and achieve future emission targets. In 2023, we formalized our commitment to the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi). Our commitment sets us on the path toward meaningful targets and reduction. We are committed to the highest ethical standards and safeguarding of the data entrusted to us. In 2022, we enhanced our ESG and sustainability governance structure, helping to drive our ambition and strategy forward. At Elastic, our employees and community are our priority. We demonstrate our commitment through several initiatives. In 2022, we continued and expanded our DEI programs through enhanced DEI learning opportunities, DEI communication, and seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Elastic’s philanthropic goodness program, Elastic Cares, offers the opportunity for our team members to donate and volunteer within their communities.
