I’m proud to share our inaugural Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Impact Report. A lot of this work has been going on behind the scenes for years, so I’m excited to share our progress publicly for the first time. We know we have more work to do and are committed to being transparent as we build upon our efforts. Over the last few years, we’ve invested heavily in our people, shining a light on the need for flexible work options and increased employee wellness in the remote environment, as well as investing in our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
