The company also provides landscape architecture services that comprise program development, site inventory, site analysis, conceptual study, preliminary plan, final plan and construction document, and construction administration services; construction administration services, which include prebid conference, bid negotiation, competitive bid procedure, construction observation, coordination of testing, construction progress review, request for payment processing, shop drawing/review/submittal, construction punch list, and contract closeout services; and survey services for the energy sector.
