We have come a long way since our first office in Eccles in 1998. We now have over 400 staff, offices around the Globe, and in 2021 we reached a record breaking year-on-year growth of 360% to achieve a group turnover of £460m. Our culture and values are driving factors behind this success. We empower our people to succeed, by staying true to our values and company ethos. To celebrate this we have created a short film, which tells how our people have developed, and how in doing so, have helped us grow to become the business we are today. At Cardinal, we like to do things differently. The multi-nationals are consolidating their operations but we believe our clients are served more effectively at a local level. To ensure we continue providing efficient and effective solutions for our clients, we’ve launched an active programme of branch office openings which currently includes London, Nottingham, Southampton and Felixstowe.
