Bruster’s Real Ice Cream operates 180 ice cream stores in about 20 states, primarily in the eastern part of the US. It has both company-owned and franchised stores. The chain offers cones, shakes, and sundaes, as well as frozen yogurt, sherbet, and cakes. Bruster’s makes its ice cream fresh each day, and has more than 140 recipes of ice cream, with about 40 flavors available at any one time.
