We continue to listen and proactively respond as the effects of climate change become more severe and as the demands for transparency grow. Governance is our core business, and we are proud of how we contribute to effective governance of public companies and funds across North America and globally. At the same time, we seek to continuously strengthen our own governance. Our independent, experienced, and diverse Board of Directors is the cornerstone of this commitment. I am very pleased to welcome our newest member, Eileen Murray, who brings a wealth of industry, technology, and regulatory experience to the Board. With her addition, women comprise one third of our directors and lead two of our three Board committees.
