Dallas-based Brinker International, Inc. is one of the world’s leading casual dining restaurant companies. Our Restaurant Support Center is a custom-built, lakefront building located in Cypress Waters – an office, living and retail development in the heart of Dallas-Fort Worth. Every aspect of our campus was designed to encourage personal wellbeing, team-oriented workstyle, and Brinker’s mantra of “Let’s Play Restaurant.” Our favorite features include flexible collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art test kitchen, a game room stocked with modern and nostalgic games, fitness center catering to individual and group workouts, and an inviting community eating and vending area. While the campus is beautiful, Brinker’s true pride is in our People. In fact, the Restaurant Support Center is honored to have a retention rate of 87% percent and is a proud winner of the 2019 Best Places to Work in our hometown of Dallas!
