We’re also busy baking cookies, muffins, bread, and more – fresh every day – at the Braum’s Bakery. Our trucks are on the road 363 days a year making fresh deliveries to your neighborhood store. Each is “3 stores in 1” with a Grill, Old Fashioned Ice Cream Fountain, and a Fresh Market Grocery. All our stores in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Missouri and Arkansas are located within 330-miles of the Braum Family Farm to ensure freshness. From farm to table in record time. Thanks to the unique way we process our Fat-Free and Low-Fat Milk, our milk is better for you than grocery store brands with up to 50% more calcium, protein and other essential vitamins and nutrients. Using a Mechanical Vapor Recompression Evaporator, we remove part of the milk’s natural water. This fortifies the milk naturally. Because it’s concentrated, it also tastes richer and thicker.
