As we walk through the doors of our original store, we are reminded of how far we have come with Biscuit Love. We are now over twenty five stores in six markets strong with local partners who share in our mission, vision, and values. It’s January 2025, only 10 years from when we embarked on this journey, and man have we learned a lot. We went from one boot-strapped location to stores in Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, DC, Charleston, Philly, and Chicago. The best part is that our culture is consistent, our customer experience is consistent, and our employee engagement levels are consistent. We have become masters at dividing ourselves without disconnecting. We’ve had tons of home runs – and plenty of strike outs… but we have continued to grow as parents, as business-owners, and as dreamers. We have both stepped into founder’s roles, meeting all staff in orientation while maintaining the ability to have personal and authentic relationships and access to our staff.
