Our 10-person Board of Directors is comprised of nine independent directors (four of whom are women), including a non-executive chairman. In advance of our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, we have engaged a director search firm and are actively recruiting a director from an underrepresented minority. Giving back to our communities is an integral part of the Big Lots culture.
