While our core competencies are innovative product design, engineering services, technology solutions, and advanced manufacturing services, our business is about people – our customers, our employees, our investors, and our communities. ESG is both a strategic and operational imperative at Benchmark. In the past two years we have formalized our commitment to sustainability by establishing an executive-level ESG/ Sustainability Council and making sustainability oversight a primary responsibility of one of our Board Committees. We also established an Inclusion Council that is focused on supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) activities, efforts, and learning events, to foster Benchmark’s DEI culture. We are proud of Benchmark’s culture of accountability and transparency, and the Company has worked hard in 2022 to increase its ability to track and report on progress against ESG objectives. We intend to continue disclosing ESG data on a regular basis to support stakeholders in evaluating the Company’s progress towards our shared sustainability goals. Benchmark has a long history of operational excellence, and we are extending this same level of rigor to our pursuit of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) imperatives.
